Welcome to this page! I’m glad you found your way here. I believe the quality of fit is one of the most important predictors of success in therapy. To that end, I encourage you to take your time in choosing a therapist and ensure you feel comfortable. I also prefer to practice from a strength and values-based framework, choosing to work deeply within a narrow scope of presenting concerns.

Finally, the bio. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Northstate University, and my Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology from The Chicago School. Finally, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship at VA Boston focused on behavioral medicine. I am currently employed at Cambridge Health Alliance as a health psychologist and as an instructor of psychology at Harvard Medical School. I have spoken nationally and internationally on topics such as health behavior change, advocacy, and integrated care.
