Welcome to this page! I’m glad you found your way here. I believe the quality of fit is one of the most important predictors of success in therapy. To that end, I encourage you to take your time in choosing a therapist and ensure you feel comfortable. I also prefer to practice from a strength and values-based framework, choosing to work deeply within a narrow scope of presenting concerns.
Finally, the bio. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Northstate University, and my Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology from The Chicago School. Finally, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship at VA Boston focused on behavioral medicine. I am currently employed at Cambridge Health Alliance as a Health Psychologist and as an Instructor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School. I have spoken nationally and internationally on topics such as health behavior change, advocacy, and integrated care.
Alexander (Sascha) Eisenstein, PhD
Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts
Sascha provides telehealth evaluations for ADHD and co-occurring emotional difficulties. He takes a holistic view of each client’s needs and makes individualized recommendations to help them achieve the goals that matter most to them, whether at school, work, or other settings. Sascha completed a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Saint Louis University, where he acquired expertise in psychological assessment. As part of his intensive clinical training, he has worked with diverse populations at the internship and postdoctoral level at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and VA Boston Healthcare System. He is currently completing his postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Mass General Brigham.
